Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of data analysis with high-accuracy for business decisions
• Develop tools for tracking, analyzing and reporting data from multiple sources
• Design of sales or business related reports for improving business performance and identifying sales opportunities
• Gather and keep track of relevant data regularly and prepare necessary reports
• Measure and monitor sales forecast accuracy
• Direct report to financial team
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as instructed by supervisor

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis/accounting/financial
• Detail-minded and sensitive to data analytical and data management with good logical
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Well-organized, strong responsibility, strong communication skills and strong teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Highly advanced abilities with Excel, Pivot table or similar data manipulation tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short-notice is highly preferred
