Job Responsibilities

• To prepare financial budgeting, valuation, forecast and operational report of individual projects for senior management
• To perform due diligence on new investments and formulate investment strategies and recommendations through qualitative analysis
• To develop detailed project plan to track project progress and regularly measure project performance and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• To perform operation and risk assessments and make recommendations to minimize project risks
• To communicate and co-ordinate with group companies, professionals, financial institutions and direct report to the senior management
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• University degree in accounting/finance/project management or related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/HKICPA/CFA
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in project management, preferably in commodities trading or energy resources company in PRC
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Experience in financial due diligence and post-deal integration including financial modeling, structuring and execution is highly preferred
• Willingness to work within a small team and as part of a global group
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel to China
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others
• Immediate available is preferred
