Responsibilities

• Works in the membership centre
• Build up and maintain positive relationship with members
• Provide promotions of newest trips and travel packages to customers
• Identify customer needs and provide feedback to management
• Maintain members' information and transaction records in database system

Requirements

• Diploma level or above
  
• 1 year or above of work experience  in travel, sales or custoemr service will be an advantage
  
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
