Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective business plans and strategies to achieve target market share and profitable growth.
• Lead the Company to continuous improvement in the aspect of its business structure, process, cost control, policy & system, and initiate other change possibility to ensurethe delivery of high quality service.
• Develop a solid and effective networking and maintain good business partner relationships with the Principals, Property Management and Contractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Facility / Property Management, Real Estate or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' managerial experience in the profession of facility management, with an exposure in major cleaning services projects for Grade A Commercial Building, Government Property, Shopping Arcades or any large scale premises.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, independent decision-making with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills, strong sense of commitment and result oriented with problem solving abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Ability to speak fluent Mandarin is a plus.
• Immediately available is preferable.
