Responsibilities

• Formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies and campaigns;
• Preparation and production of marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, advertisements and sales brochure;
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on property market and prepare periodic reports to management;
• Ensure sales and marketing documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the necessary procedures and regulations;
• Coordinate show flat design and maintain sales office logistics and manpower;
• Liaise with business associates such as property agents, consultants, solicitors, contractors, advertising agencies and designers to strive for the successful sales launch, marketing events and media conferences; and
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements  

• Degree holder in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10-years relevant experience, preferably in the sales & marketing sector of residential projects in the leading property developers;
• Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a must;
• RICS/HKIS member or working towards it is an asset;
• Experience in the production of sales brochure is a must;
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive;
• Presentable with good communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours
