Requirements:

Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building Services/Civil Engineering or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years' solid experience in property management;
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above) is an advantage;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independent, able to work under pressure;
- Immediate available is preferable;
- Working Location : Diamond Hill.
