Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone or via emails
- Assist customers in using the company’s products
- Achieve the company’s standards by meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the team leader
What you need for this role:
- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline
- Customer service experience is preferable
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
