Job Description:
- Maintain update on customer account
- Handle new applications - Create customer account, account verification
- Maintain a record on customer’s interaction
- Provide sales team with administrative support
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Willing to take ad-hoc projects (Promotions/ Campaigns)
- Cross-departmental collaboration is needed
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience on customer service
- Good work attitude and telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Attentive to details
- Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel
- PC literate
- Shift work on Saturday
