Job Description
The Job
- Customer services handling including external and internal customer
- Support all customer query, ensuring customers instruction could be fulfilled
- Accountable to keep all customer record in place; and ensuring data could be generated for analysis
- Keep record of HSE standard of the team
- Assist to make quotation, resolve escalated customer queries
- Handle ad hoc office duty
The Person
- HKDSE equivalent or above
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, experience in supply-chain and or logistic service industry would be essential
- Skilled negotiator of significant agreements with strong commercial acumen and numerary
- Negotiating influencing; win-win solutions
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
