Job Description

What you'll be doing...

The Business Development Manager is to support Head of Sales for achieving the team’s goal by actively manage the assigned and new customers (focusing property agents in Hong Kong). Sustain and grow the customers’ spending on both GoHome.com.hk and squarefoot.com.hk branded products and customized solutions.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Building and maintaining good customer experience and relationship with consultative sales approach
  • Aggressive to achieve and exceed the budgeted revenue target
  • Be responsible of customers’ satisfaction
  • Build and maintain customers’ database in a systematic way
  • Work as a team player - Be active, passionate, helpful and enthusiastic

 

What we're looking for...

You will be part of the agent sales team and help us continue our success. To do this, we need someone who has below qualifications & experience:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales environment
  • Familiar with out bound sales environment, field sales and/or face-to-face selling
  • Proficient in Cantonese & English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
