Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries
• Provide customer service
• Maintenance of all customer contracts, correspondence and contract files
• Prepare all contract and tender renewal documentation and advise managers on renewal and tender program
• Ensures all jobs for contract, tender and temporary work are entered into system

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Excellent keyboard and MS Office skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to assimilate into a multi-cultural work environment
• Customer service experience is an advantage
