• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, E&M Engineering
• AT LEAST 5 YEARS experience in building services as technical officer related role
• Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker
• Very fluent in English, good Mandarin, NATIVE Cantonese
• Knowledge of statutory reglations, code of practice and safety rules
• Good Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Powerpoint

Responsiblilties:

• Supervise a team of technicians and maintain sufficient consumable parts in the proper repair and manintenance ofr various office equipments and E&M System
• Handle technical problems, trouble shooting of machinery failure and exercise prompt resumption
• Arrange and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance work as assigned
• Monitor project progress, supervise contractors for contracted-out works, prepare and maintain proper record
• Prepare tender documents, service orders, incident reports, as-built documents, inventory record, licence and agreement record
• Handle emergency calls during non-office hours
