崗位職責：

• 客戶售前、售中、售後服務；
• 客戶在線、電話、拜訪服務。

任職要求：

• 大專以上學歷，多年客戶服務相關工作經驗（可接受優秀應屆生）；
• 具有良好的團隊合作精神、優秀的客戶服務意識，有耐心，溝通能力和協調能力強，有敬業精神、有愛心；
• 語言：廣東話、普通話、英語；
• 待遇：面議（底薪+提成）;
• 專職

Job Duties:

• Order processing, forecast handling, order re-schedules, shipment arrangement;
• Handle customer complaints.
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above; with years of experiences of customer service or related position (Outstanding Graduates Acceptable);
• Enthusiastic with positive morale and good team spirit. Good conflict management, Well organized, efficient and effective, Able to work under pressure, Customer driven and can think out of the box.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (oral and written);
• Basic salary and bonus;
