Job Description
Job Summary:
-
Coordinate sales target preparations, pricing data maintenance in the system, incentive scheme setting, sales support tools and other administrative work to support frontline sales teams.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Assist the sales planning / ordering process, including working with sales team to prepare the order forecast, coordinating with client / forwarder to oversee the order fulfillment and reviewing individual brand performance

Perform daily checking and monitoring of shipments and prepare relevant documents

Monitor the pricing strategy
-
Assist in reviewing new brand / product and pricing / product specification

Review on logistic cost regularly
-
Manage daily operation with both internal and external local logistics suppliers
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years of related experience with working knowledge on shipping and logistics documents
- Experience in handling SAP is a must
- Proficiency in computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong numerical skill and communication skill in English and Chinese
Working location: Wong Chuk Hang.
