This position is responsible to operate all the physical planning of the cargo movement FCL to the terminal, LCL receiving in CFS and the consolidation arrangement.

Responsibilities: 

•  Follow up the routing order
• To communicate with shipper / vendor / overseas offices for all daily operations process
• Close all files promptly to meet the monthly closing of accounts
• Payment collection and follow up - Cash payment Invoices
• Prepare the sailing schedule on time

Requirements:

• Form 5/ HKDSE or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oceanfreight forwarding company
• Good command of Cantonese and English, Putunghua is a plus
• Proficient in MS office and Transportation Management System
• Familiar with I/E documents, operation and consolidation
• Customer oriented, good communication and problem solving skills 
• A good team player and willing to learn
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as CS Representative
• Work location: Kowloon Bay/Tsing Yi
