The Job

• Maintain the effectiveness & efficiency of daily operation in testing laboratory
• Work closely with other departments on testing standards, procedures and results
• Give technical advice to subordinates & answer customers’ enquiries
• Aware of new testing standard and develop testing procedures and methods to new products
• Provide on the job training to subordinates and plan for staff development

The Person

• Degree / HD holder in Textile related subjects
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in textile testing field
• Self-initiated with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• A good team player and leader who is highly dedicated to work and strong in planning, organizing, delegating and time management
• Proficient in English is a must, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
