According to their rapidly expanding expanding network across the globe.  They are looking for high caliber to join their Information Technology in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for managing and monitoring the inbound / outbound operation
• Monitor performance of operations to ensure the achievement of KPIs
• Supervise the daily operationsto fulfill customers and account management requirements
• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports ensuring continuous improvement through regular team sessions
• Assist in logistic & process improvement projects and control the safety and security standards of the warehouse
• Staff coaching and provide neccesary guidance to warehouse staff
• Manage the operations in full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations 

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Logistics or any related disciplines
• 8-10 years hands-on experience inwarehouse & logistics operation in which 5 years at supervisory level
• Well organized, analytical and detail minded
• Good communication, problem solving and coaching and team building skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Putonghua
