Job Duties:

• Handle full set of shipping document for Import and Export
• Able to communicate and support on daily base with forwarder, supplier and HQ
• Responsible for leading container consolidation from China to Europe
• Able to manage air/sea shipment with carrier according to HQ commitment
• Prepare monthly sailing schedule and air forwarder list
• Able to manage trade declaration
• Familiar with import goods from China to HK

 Job Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 8 years’ experience in shipping administration with 2 years’ supervisory experiences
• Previous working experience in European garment trading company/ buying office is a must
• Experience in Logistic industry is preferred
• Able to work independently and strong in organization skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
