Job Description

 We are a Japanese trading company. We are now looking for a a high caliber individual to join one of our sales team as Clerk.

 

Job Description:

  • Handle data entry, SO/PO /Invoice /Packing list, Import/Export, Shipping document & Coordination work.
  • Sales team mainly handle electronics parts, components, PCB Assembly, LCD, LED.......etc.
  • Perform general clerical duties.

 

Requirement :

  •  F5 or above.  
  •  1-2 years working exp, with import/export knowledge.
  •  Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin, verbal & written.
  •  Self-motivated, well organized & responsible.
  •  PC skills of Word, Excel, knowledge of any ERP system is preferrable.
  •  Immediate available
