Job Description
My client, an APAC leading retail company, is looking for a passionate Project Manager (Retail System) to lead a team to accomplish the retail systems.
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive and deliver projects according to project milestones and KPIs within the agreed budget and timeline
- Ensure project risks & issues have appropriate mitigation plan and lead action owners to the closure stage
- Conduct and monitor relevant training programs, to improve operational performance and efficiency, in order to enhance the quality standard on both management and operation staff
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels and vendor management experience
- Ensure adherence to and support of Group IT governance policies while maintaining strong customer service orientation
- Detail oriented and closely monitor the progress of project related issues.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or Information Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years' project management experience in retail industry
- Solid and hands-on experience in retail systems
- POS
- E-commence
- SAP ERP system
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Holder of PMP is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
