Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in overall accounts receivable process
• Post cash receipts daily or as needed
• Ensure AR transactions are properly booked
• Prepare analysis of clients’ payment history or habit quarterly/annually
• Review monthly AR aging analysis, follow up aged debts with Business Unit
• To communicate with other departments and external parties such as auditors, to ensure the smooth progress of the financial accounting work of the company
• To participate in the formulation and improvement of company’s policy
• Preparation of monthly Account Receivable Reports
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business field 
• Qualification in professional accounting body HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Ability to build strong relationships and work across with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated
• ERP system experience preferable
• Immediately available will be an advantage
