Job Description
Our client is the interior design and contracting company with Corporate interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager,
- To provide full spectrum of secretarial and clerical support to Project Team
- To assist Project Team in project administration
- To liaise with customers / designers and sub-contractors
- To handle document submission and correspondences among customers / designers and sub-contractors
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 2 - 5 years working experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company preferred
- Excellent in documentation and administrative work
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
Company located at Quarry Bay, near MTR
Company Size – 25 staffs (including Project team)
5 days work,
Benefits: 10 days Annual Leave, double pay, performance bonus, medical.
Salary range (16K – 20K / month)
