The incumbent is responsible for processing outpatient and inpatient medical claims in precise, effective and efficient manner, while adhering to internal rules and corporate audit requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outpatient and inpatient medical claims (both network and non-network)
• Handle daily claims documents fulfillment and verification
• Handle daily operational reports in claims services and assist in supervising outsource vendor to ensure quality of outputs and service requirements are compliant to company standard
• Provide clerical supports to the team including document retrieval, filing, control report checking and other administrative duties
• Handle enquiries from customers, financial consultants and internal staff

Job Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance industry is an advantage (Fresh university graduate will be considered)
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Cantonese with knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing PC skills in MS Word
