Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress and workmanship on site.
• Attend regular site meetings and organize work.
• Co-ordinate with & management of required inspections by Building Surveyor and engineers
• Managing all sub-contractors (organizing work timetables and availability) and overall site performance
• Resolving design issues in conjunction with customers

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Civil or metal works.
• Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred.
• Familiar with Autocad construction drawings
• Good communication and site management skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Problem solving skills and ability to advise on appropriate solutions
