Long-established in Europe, our client is a fast-growing consumer brand with presence across the globe. Due to the continued expansion, they are seeking for a dynamic professional to join the food quality team in Hong Kong

Reporting to the Manager, you will manage new food/ product development programs from quality and food safety perspective for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan market. You will collaborate closely with cross-function teams, including R&D, Marketing and Production to drive new initiatives, such as new product launch, packaging/ label change, promotional program etc.. You will ensure quality compliance to local regulations, and conduct risk assessment to minimize quality risk. In addition, you will support supplier audit, internal training and ad-hoc quality activities.

Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University degree in Food Science, Nutrition or any other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in food QA, technical support or product development function, preferably from food manufacturing sector
• Experience in ISO9001/ FSSC2200 auditing; knowledge in HACCP
• Systematic, proactive and willing to learn
• Ability working with cross-functional teams across various regions worldwide
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential
