Responsibilities:

• Response to customer enquiries and provide solutions;
• Perform daily routine tasks and system operation supports;
• Provide on-site technical support to users when necessary;
• Troubleshooting on the application system and software;
• Coordinate with the end user and technical development teams;
• Prepare documentations on the application system as required;
• Assist with the project management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above, major in computer science/Information systems or related disciplines;
• Experience in application system support is preferred;
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL database and server administration;
• Knowledge in Microsoft windows servers and server application;
• Familiar with system backup software;
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin will be an added advantage.
