Responsibilities

• Handle the coordination work for the whole project with cooperated parties and internal team.
• Manage one or several immigration/ education/ investment management project including planning, marketing and content readjusting.
• Prepare sales documents and promotion materials for projects.
• Manage promotion medium including WeChat and Website
• Plan and organize on-line / off-line seminars and other effective marketing activities.
• Assist sales team to present the product(project).
• Collect and file the customers’ application document.

Requirements

• Degree holder or college diploma, preferably in business or marketing related.
• Fresh graduates will be considered as project officer .
• 1-3 years of working experience in immigration, education ,bank or financial area.
• Confident, detail oriented and good problem solving abilities.
• Good time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese(Putonghua) and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Willing to accept challenges and keep learning continuously.
• IANG is also welcomed.
• Applicants with overseas experience or immediately available is preferred.
