Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts, AR, AP, P&L, BS
• Prepare monthly financial management reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Perform daily routine accounting duties including receipts, payments , accruals and expenses bookings
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the bank
• Budgeting and cash flow controls of the company
• Implement and improve the company’s financial policies and procedures
• Travel to branch offices in PRC occasionally
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in trading company
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and is a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with PRC accounting and taxation is advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in MS office application and knowledge of Flex system or any other ERP/accounting systems
• Immediate available is preferred
