Job descriptions:

• Perform month-end closing for Hong Kong companies
• Prepare monthly report
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in reviewing monthly reports from overseas companies
• Assist in preparing annual and quarter departmental budget
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, overseas office and external parties to ensure smooth operation.
• Liaise with different finance teams for treasury, AR & AP functions of Hong Kong companies.
• Liaise with auditors for audit matters of the Hong Kong companies
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 Experience Required:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years or above experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in manufacturing industry or in trading industry.
• Mature, responsible, detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
• Familiar with Kingdee system, SAP exposure is highly preferred
