Provide full set of account for construction projects:

• Handling full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management and month-end closing

• Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries, cheque preparing, document filing and checking

• Calculate project costing and income analysis

• Assist in estimate income and cost for various projects quotation

 • Responds and support management’s queries on company’s financial information

• Maintain and update accounting system when necessary

• Preparation monthly or quarterly sales, costing and other management reports

• Petty cash report and staff reimbursement review

• Handle tax and administrative issues when necessary

• Data input and voucher preparation

• Support compliance function to fulfil regulatory requirement

• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documents to auditors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in full-set
• Familiar with different computer functions such as MS Excel and Word
• Stable, easy-going and dedicated
• Immediately available is preferred
• With Accounting qualifications e.g. LCCI, CPA qualification
• Relevant experience in relevant business is preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Self-initiative, possess good inter-personal skill and analytical mind
