We currently have a vacancy for the position of ‘ACCOUNTS CLERK’ to work out of our newly renovated SAI KUNG OFFICE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The daily handling of a portfolio of restaurants (approx: 4), which involves the checking and inputting of the restaurants daily paperwork:-

• Sales dockets
• Cash payouts
• Unpaid Suppliers
• Credit Card Transactions

And the weekly and monthly generation of a report for management

In addition to the checking and matching of supplier invoices to the monthly statement and the matching of credit card summaries to the credit card statement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some experience in the field of accounting would be an advantage but not (a must) as full training is provided
• The ability to work independently
• An eye for detail
• Well organized and excellent time management
• The ability to communicate well with all nationalities
• Fluent in Cantonese and semi/fluent in English
