Responsibilities

Report directly to the Finance Director, responsible for:

l Performing financial analysis for the Group’s business and project invested in China.

l Preparing financial modelling and projections (including PL forecasts, Capex investment forecasts and cashflow projections) supported by valid assumptions through detailed market research and data collection.

l Preparing operational and cashflow budgets, and periodic rolling forecasts and analysis with high level of accuracy.

l Liaising with various parties such as legal and tax advisors, bankers, government departments and other related parties

l Assisting the Finance Director for other ad hoc assignments

Requirements :

l Degree holder in business, finance/accounting, with professional qualifications is an advantageous. 

l Minimum 4 years of work experience, with a major focus on financial planning & analysis with good analytical skillsets.

l Exposure in Big 4 is preferred; experience with hospitality/resort industry is a plus. 

l With knowledge of IFRS, PRC taxation and other regulatory requirements

l Good interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with others.

l High level of motivation, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure.

l Good computer literacy in particular advanced skills in using Excel and Powerpoint.

l Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
