  • Involve in a Two years structural training program, candidates will be based on their academic background to participate in various departmental functions: Adm / HR, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Business Adm and Service / Logistics.
  • The program offers comprehensive on-the-job training which help the candidates for developing their management skills such as presentation, leadership and sense of business etc.

 

Job Requirement

  • Fresh Graduates Degree holder and preferred in Industrial and System Engineering (ISE), Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering;
  • Excellent English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills preferable;
  • Strong self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure;
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Determine to succeed, eager to face challenge and make a breakthrough on your self-limit.
