Job Description
Receptionist duties and responsibilities:
- Greet patients
- Provide high quality customer service
- Preform general reception duties
- Manage and handle appointment bookings, confirmations and accounts receivable
- Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required
Receptionist requirements:
- Excellent commend in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate and willing to learn
- Valid Hong Kong work Visa
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
- Must be a great team player who is confident and can also work independently
