Job descriptions:

• Booking appointments and investigations.
• Handling clinical waste and patient transfer.
• Operating necessary equipment that required to perform the supporting services.
• Perform daily disinfection, keeping inventory and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Assisting in stock taking, keep inventory and replenishing stocks.
• Filing and retrieval of medical record.
• Handling other clerical support duties, e.g. uploading laboratory reports, data entry etc.
• Assisting in data collection and compilation of statistical report.
• Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with 5 passes, including Chinese and English.
• Responsible, well-organised, self-motivated and good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese.
• Hands-on PC knowledge including MS office.
• 5.5 days week.
