Description

• Provide administrative support to the association
• Organize meetings and events arrangements
• Act as receptionist to meet and greet visitors
• Answer and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, fax, and email for the company
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
• Set up and maintain a good filing system for company files.
• ad-hoc assignments as required.

Profile

• Must have strong organization skills
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Must have experience with Accounting - Accounts Payable, Receivable and Bookkeeping
• F.7 or above with at least 2 years administration experience
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Presentable with strong interpersonal skills, proactive, flexible and fast-learner
• Immediate available is highly preferred
