Job Description
Administration Officer / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Able to assist in handling purchase orders and supply chain
- Handle daily merchandising activities with customers and suppliers
- Handle and communicate with overseas office’s inquiry and orders independently
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal parties
- Follow up from quotation, sampling, order processing and shipment arrangement
- Monitor the production and ensure on time delivery
- To coordinate with internal departments during product development and orders follow up
- Responsible for product development, purchasing and sampling
- Order follow up and production tracking
- Communicate order details and requirement to factory and parties concerned
- Experience in dealing with English speaking foreign customers an advantage
- Draft and proofread general correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations and reports
Requirements:
- Proficient in Ms Office suite especially excel and PowerPoint, ability to run management reports and build presentation
- At least 2 years working experience in merchandising field.
- Verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in mobile electronic products a plus
- May require overseas business travelling
- Experience in managing relationship with customers
- Immediate avaiable is a great advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, less experience will be considered as "Administrative Assistant"
- 5.5days work, bank holiday
