Job Description

Administration Officer / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Able to assist in handling purchase orders and supply chain
  • Handle daily merchandising activities with customers and suppliers
  • Handle and communicate with overseas office’s inquiry and orders independently
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal parties
  • Follow up from quotation, sampling, order processing and shipment arrangement
  • Monitor the production and ensure on time delivery
  • To coordinate with internal departments during product development and orders follow up
  • Responsible for product development, purchasing and sampling
  • Order follow up and production tracking
  • Communicate order details and requirement to factory and parties concerned
  • Experience in dealing with English speaking foreign customers an advantage
  • Draft and proofread general correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations and reports

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Ms Office suite especially excel and PowerPoint, ability to run management reports and build presentation
  • At least 2 years working experience in merchandising field.
  • Verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in mobile electronic products a plus
  • May require overseas business travelling
  • Experience in managing relationship with customers
  • Immediate avaiable is a great advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, less experience will be considered as "Administrative Assistant"
  • 5.5days work, bank holiday
