Responsibilities:

• Maintain website and program content
• Communicate with organisations/schools
• Coordinating and supporting the marketing events/campaigns
• Manage project and make sure the tasks/projects would be finished on time
• Be responsible for sales administration and the coordination and support duties
• Elevate sales and develop new clients in alignment with company goals
• Provide direct communication with organisation/ schools among different types of events
• Cooperate with marketing team members for new marketing promotions

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in business or marketing
• 1-3 years of working experience in any fields
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Outgoing, strong initiative, energetic and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with other teams
• Traveling to mainland China may be required
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) - proficiency in English and Cantonese is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. (AI or Photoshop will be an added advantage)
• Comfortable use of computers, phones and tablets is a plus
