Posts for full time Front Desk Staff / Supervisor

 Work location: Causeway Bay or Yau Ma Tei

Job duties:

• Undertake front desk duties, taking care of any guest inquiry.
• Building good guests relationship and have fun with guests from all over the world
• Taking care check-in and check-out task
• Host causal event and/or party with guests such as hiking, BBQ…
• Manage all the booking and reservation from different channels
• Checking and updating the payment record
• Social media update
• Generate regular report
• More relevant experience in hospitality can be considered as supervisor
• Part time is also welcome for Causeway Bay location

Requirements :

• Kind and responsible character
• Can work independently
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate who loves meeting people, travelling backpacking style or has had working holiday experience will be more suitable
• Experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred (but not required)

Salary range will be depended on qualification and experience.
