Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new customer segments, niche industry, new markets and new sales channel
• Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners to provide quality products and services to the bank customers
• Launch competitive products, services and promotions to meet different business needs and conduct evaluation and review to meet different market segment needs
• Drive enhancement on investment product and service for relevant systems and documentation, selling process, training and sales support tools
• Work with business partners and advertising agency on above-the-line and below-the-line marketing communication pieces and campaign execution
• Actively monitor and manage product and keep track of market intelligence
• Develop business plans to drive both life and general insurance products to meet the business target
• Coordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns
• Develop and control the quality of customer communication in relation to the products under management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of marketing, product development experience in insurance field, preferably with bancassurance exposure
• Possess licensing qualification on IIQE papers 1-5
• Aggressive, innovative and result-oriented
• Dynamic and strong market awareness
• Positive attitude, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
