Reporting to the Building Surveyor, the incumbent is to assist in the repair and maintenance of the building fabric/structure. Duties include handling fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects, producing tender document/analysis, monitoring contractors’ works, and assisting in the preparation and implementation of planned maintenance schedules for the building fabric/structure.

Requirements:

• Degree, higher diploma or Associate Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines
• MRICS, MHKIS or MCIOB is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, alternation/addition works and fitting out
• Good communication and people management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls
