Responsibilities:

- Identify potential M&A investment opportunities in mainland China, Europe and North America market;

- Participate the whole cycle of investment acquisition from market search to post-investment management;

- Prepare financial modeling, market research, business information, industry trends analysis;

- Prepare proposal and report on investment strategic, transaction projection, comprehensive assessment to the Investment Committee;

- Conduct due diligence on the potential and target investment projects;

- Undertake the post-deal monitoring of the investments through performance review, analysis on capital deployment and performance;

- Liaise with the investment departments, external partners, lawyers, accountants, bankers, service provider and other professional parties throughout the whole acquisition process;

- Follow-up investment performance and post-investment management;

- Perform ad hoc projects upon request.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Business Studies, Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines;

- 5-8 years of deal execution experience in M&A investment, direct investment, corporate finance, PE, VC;

- Highly preferred candidates from investment banks, financial firms, private equity funds, investment platform, Big-4;

- Holder of CFA, CPA, or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage;

- Self-motivated and organized and able to work under pressure;

- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, Putonghua fluency is a must;

- Immediate availability is preferred.
