We are an expanding company in Hong Kong and the PRC and is currently looking for Fund Operations Officer.

DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Perform anti-money laundering procedures, Know-Your-Client procedures and subscription application;
• Maintain CRM system;
• Handle month end reporting, accounting schedules and accounts reconciliations;
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with the banks, clients and other colleagues;
• Assist in Investor Relations activities (e.g. annual/interim results, investor presentation, non-deal roadshow, reverse roadshow etc.);
• Prepare Investor Relations related materials independently;
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Management.

PROFILE

The Successful Applicant:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Private Equity Fund or Fund Administration Company;
• Candidate with CRM and/or accounting software experiences will be preferred;
• Candidate with accounting and financial reporting knowledge will be preferred;
• Excellent communication skills and articulate at both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Optimistic, self-driven, detail-oriented mindset and attitude;
• With strong ownership of tasks and adequate MS Excel skills.
