Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis on business performance and product profitability to drive business and revenue growth of secured loans products
• Formulate product, marketing and pricing strategies for secured lending products including mortgages, secured overdraft and premium financing
• Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and conduct market intelligence to formulate product strategies to meet customers’ demand
• Develop new products or enhance existing products to meet customer needs; collaborate with various parties including Credit, Legal & Compliance, Finance etc. for product development 
• Plan and implement marketing activities through various channels including e-channels, telemarketing, direct mailing, etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; Master Degree/ Professional Certification preferred
• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of retail banking experience, proven track record in investment products is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• High level of self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
