Responsibilities:

• Assist Merchandising team to prepare related reports for brand performance analysis  
• Work closely with vendors and retail staff to follow up delivery status
• Assist in monitoring inventory, samples stock situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in stores in a timely manner
• Assist in new products launch activities
• Assist in liaising with Marketing and VM team for launching Beauty Project

Requirements:

• University level education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in beauty industry (fresh graduate while demonstrating good potential with passion in relevant industry can also be considered)
• Good organizational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Detail-minded, excellent communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC experience in MS office especially Excel & PowerPoint
