Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customers complaints & health enquiries, including answering email & phone calls.
• Initiate, plan and execute cross-departmental customer- enhancement projects and follow-ups
• Assess and analyze customers’ nutritional needs to provide them professional consultations and recommendations
• Provide professional medical knowledge to team
• Assist in the planning and implementing of health promotion and product-selling strategies
• Build-up a good relationship with clients
• All other ad hoc job duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with 1-3 years relevant experience
• Prefer Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse experience
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude to customer
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with high degree of responsibility
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
