Responsibilities:

• Source for suppliers of luxury branded products
• Perform cost analysis and price comparison between different suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers from price negotiation to product shipment process
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team to understand up-to-date market needs as well as enhance sourcing of hot items
• Responsible for data entry of ERP system
• Purchase Orders follow-up
• More experiences will be considered as Purchasing Officer

Requirements:

• DSE, Form 7 or above
• Minium 2 years relevant working experience in purchasing (Beauty & Luxury Products is preferable)
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
• Initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in ERP is preferred but not necessary
• Immediate available is preferable
