Job Duties:

• Supporting in pre & post tendering stage;
• Liaison with client, subcontractors, suppliers on tender & contract issues;
• Carrying out cost control, contract administration, budget estimation, variation orders & final accounts;
• Evaluate variation works and payment, measuring the work done on site regularly

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economic Management or equivalent discipline;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in fitting-out project;
• Strong sense in claims, cost and contractual aspects;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Can work independently & under pressure;
• Good analytical and negotiation skills; self-motivated;
• Strong team player & good communicator
