Package:           HK$65k - HK$80k per month, 13 Months Guarenteed (Very Competitive Basic and other Benefits depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting a Commercial (Tender) Manager with a background ideally in the Interior Fitting Out projects to join a highly reputable organisation who is the Fitting out Contractor for various large scale building projects in Hong Kong. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Commercial (Tendering Stage) of Buildings or relevant projects experience
• Bottom up approach to get quotations and built up the price in order to win new projects
• Responsible for the planning, financial and budgeting aspects.
• Tender Review providing inputs for contractual risk analysis and strategies
• Review Sub-Contract conditions and customise for project requirements
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of work
• Handling progress claims and variations where it is necessary

Education & Experience

•  Atleast 5 years of proven track record in managing construction projects and as well handling tendering 
• Ideally have some experience in the Interior & Fitting out projects
• Ideal candidate has a tertiary educational background in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Member of RICS/HKIS or of a similarly recognized professional institute e.g. MCIOB/ MHKIE is advantageous but not essential.
• Successfully completed the management of several mix-use and commercial project.
• Proven experience managing a construction team and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results related to time, cost and quality
