(Work location: Hong Kong Island)

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Surveying
• At least 3 years’ related working experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with designated department
• Prepare monthly internal cost/value reports and valuations/applications for payment in accordance with the contract
• Establishing the project requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Report the financial and contractual situation of the sub-contractor and suppliers
• Compile data to analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
• Carry out sub-contractor, materials, consultant tender enquires/appraisals and attend pre-selection meetings
• Prepare of interim valuations and management of interim payments to sub-contractors
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
